ENTECH-REM – Huntington Beach
ENTECH-REM CANADA is proud to be part of the County of Los Angeles waste reduction initiatives by the Solid Waste Management department, by bringing a state-of-the-art Advanced Conversion Technology to the County of LA. The proposed facility is designed to convert the remaining residual waste into clean renewable energy utilizing the ENTECH WtGASTM - Advanced Conversion Technology and reduce disposal of waste in landfills.
Currently, the project is in the planning phase of development with final negotiations in progress for a contract agreement with the County of LA. The proposed facility is to be located on Rainbow Disposal, Nichols Street materials recovery facility in Huntington Beach CA.
The new facility proposes to help attract economic stimulus to the area by providing local jobs during development and construction, operational jobs once the facility is completed and will help attract new energy related technologies and businesses to the area.
