TORONTO, March 5, 2013 – Renewable Energy Management Inc. (REM), a leader in low temperature
gasification of waste to renewable energy, is pleased to announce that Lewis Staats has been chosen as
president of the company, effective March 1, 2013.
Staats is a Mohawk from the Six Nations of the Grand River territory in southern Ontario. He is a partner
in Grand River Green Power, a development and investment company headquartered at Six Nations
with a focus on the renewable energy sector. Grand River Green Power is a major investor in REM and
