What is Advanced Conversion Technology? – ACT NOW!

ACT is a "leading edge" and superior environmental solution opportunity for municipalities and businesses/waste producers to address waste challenges by effectively and efficiently converting their large volumes of waste into Thermal Energy. The "energy" generated can provide heating and electricity energy sources along with many other benefits.

Advanced Conversion Technology is a process that operates within a oxygen deprived environment subjecting waste to temperatures of approximately 500 degrees "C" for up to 16 hours to enable and achieve 100% degradation of the waste to "white ash". The waste in the first phase or Primary Cell conversion (Wt-Gas) process produces SYN-Gas that is collected and transferred to the Thermal Reactor or Secondary Cell where it is fired at high temperatures of 1,200 plus degrees "C" for the production of Thermal Energy. High temperatures are transferred to a heat recovery boiler for the production of high temperature high pressure steam which is used to drive steam turbine electrical generators and thermal energy distribution and utilization.
